IOP provides continued therapeutic and mental health support while allowing individuals to maintain responsibilities at home. Services include individual and group counseling, medically assisted treatment, and ongoing skill development.

One-on-one counseling focused on mental health, substance use recovery, and personal growth. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and scheduled outside of PHP and IOP programming hours.

Therapeutic support for couples seeking to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and address shared challenges in a structured, supportive setting.

Family-based counseling designed to support understanding, communication, and healing within the family system.

Support with coordination of care, resources, and practical needs to help individuals navigate treatment and daily responsibilities.

Most services are available both in person and virtually to support accessibility and continuity of care.

We accept most major insurance plans, including NH Medicaid. The Acorn Center works with individuals to ensure that cost is not a barrier to treatment. Sliding scale and out-of-pocket options are available.
